PR Girl Media announces ten global stars to attens the Lusaka July 2022 – Mwebantu

FOLLOWING the endorsement of the Lusaka July event by the Zambia Tourism Agency under the Ministry of Tourism, PR Girl Media has announced that this year’s edition of the event will feature notable names from the African continent and beyond. The Lusaka July which was introduced in 2016 as a fusion of polo and fashion has become a national spectacle earning the position as Zambia’s leading and most stylish networking event. The 7th annual Lusaka July is due to take place on Saturday, 3 September 2022 from 12pm until 9pm at the Lusaka Polo Club under the theme “Emeralds in a Zambian World”.

Speaking at a media cocktail held on Friday, 26th August 2022 at Manda Hill Mall, Managing Partners of PR Girl Media stated that “The Lusaka July has traditionally had one big African star in attendance at the event but in 2022, the celebrity marketing strategy has evolved into adding more personalities to increase the scope and reach of the event.” The UK based Fifty-Four Magazine will be covering the event to curate content for their Vogue Magazine affiliated platform which celebrates and highlights African culture. The Magazine will have New York based makeup artist Moshoodat, South African media personality Melanie Bala presenting on the red carpet as well as prominent photographers from across the continent.

An entourage of three personalities from the media and fashion industry in Botswana will grace the Lusaka July 2022. Tswana fashionpreneur Charity Baaitse, media personality Loungo Andre Pitse and fashion designer Mothusi Lesolle of iZaura Creations will be bringing the much-needed sparkle to the event, representing the diamond rich country of Southern Africa. Another inaugural appearance at the Lusaka July 2022 is Netflix superstar Anton Jeftha who is one of South Africa’s most popular actors having featured in Netflix’s newest film Justice Served and many will recognize him from M-Net telenovela Legacy as SJ Price.

South Africa’s Mogau Seshoene, a culinary darling on social media and author of Best-Selling cookbook, The Lazy Makoti will also be in attendance at the 7th annual Lusaka July on Saturday, 3 September 2022 at Lusaka Polo Club where attendants can look forward to interacting with the ultimate connoisseur of African food and other not-so-secret recipes.

PR Girl Media has confirmed that former Big Brother Africa stars Luis Munana and Maria Nepembe will attend the Lusaka July 2022. Luis is an award-winning media personality who has reinvented himself into a fashion designer with his label Zuriel by Luis Munana. Ms Nepembe is a media sensation, a Namibian darling of many talents having multiple roles on screen and off-screen as a film director. However, it is not all about international personalities at the Lusaka July 2022 – Zambia’s very own Queen Diva, Mampi will own the After-Party experience at the event. Renowned local celebrities and socialites such as Macky 2, Roberto, Y-Celeb, Mutale Mwanza and many more will be attending Zambia’s most prestigious event. Joining the international designers from Namibia and Botswana on the Lusaka July 2022 fashion runway will be Zambia’s popular fashion brand, Nkanda Yatu.
