Wander the Wild is the signature annual fundraiser to benefit the Highlands Center for Natural History. At this year’s event, Highlands is Celebrating 25 Years of Service to youth and adults in the community. This year’s 14th annual Wander the Wild will once again be a hybrid event, starting with an online auction from September 12-17 at https://www.32auctions.com/WTW2022, and culminating with an in-person auction, raffle drawing, and a wine and appetizers reception on Sunday, September 18th at the Windmill House. Reception tickets are $100.00 available at https://hcwtw22.eventbrite.com or by calling the Highlands Center at 928-776-9550.

The auction features outdoor experiential packages, travel to exciting destinations, educational field trips, nature-inspired works of art by local artists, and much more! With local, regional, national, and international experiences and destinations, the auction offers something for everyone!

All profits from the auction directly fund youth educational programs which enrich 10,000 children annually and provide scholarships for children and elementary school classes to attend outdoor programs based on exploration and discovery at the Highlands site in the Prescott National Forest. A value-filled auction for a worthy cause…it’s for the kids!

Wander the Wild is set to take place on September 18th from 2:30 pm-5:30 pm at the Windmill House, 1460 W. Road 4 N, Chino Valley.

Tickets are $100 for the event and can be purchased online here or by calling 928-776-9550.

Highlands Center would like to extend a big thank you to its generous sponsors, donors, and bidders for their enthusiastic support of the auction and youth educational programs at the Highlands Center for Natural History.
